Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the contract is concluded.

It is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no reimbursement fee is charged.

If you expressly requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay only an amount proportionate to the service supplied up to the time you informed us of withdrawal, compared with the full contract service. This applies only where the statutory information and request requirements were met.
