Calendar and scheduling

See the week. Move things. Nothing slips.

A calendar that shows what is going live, where, and when, across all three platforms at once, with the timezone handling and retry behaviour that makes a scheduled time mean something.

One week, every destination

Posts are colored by destination and carry their local publish time. What is queued, what is waiting on a fix, and what has already gone out are all visible without opening anything.

What it does

Scheduling that is honest about what it can promise

A scheduled post is a commitment to try at a time, not a guarantee that a platform will accept it. Selfpost is built around that distinction rather than hiding it.

Cross-platform week view

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in one calendar instead of three tabs and a spreadsheet.

Timezones that behave

Times are stored and shown in the workspace's zone, so a post scheduled for nine in the morning goes out at nine in the morning.

Safe to retry

Publishing is idempotent. A retry after a network failure does not produce a second post on the platform.

Status you can act on

When a platform rejects something, the calendar says what happened and what to change, not that something went wrong.

Immediate publishing does not consume a queue slot, so a plan's scheduling limit only ever applies to posts genuinely waiting in the future.
