Data deletion instructions
Where users can delete workspace-scoped records and revoke provider access.
In-app deletion
Delete media from the Media page. Delete draft or scheduled posts from the post detail page. Workspace owners can delete a workspace from Settings.
Disconnect social accounts from the Accounts page. Disconnecting removes the workspace connection but does not replace direct platform revocation.
Provider revocation
Use Meta account settings for Instagram/Facebook access, TikTok app authorization settings for TikTok access, and Google Account third-party access settings for YouTube access.
After revoking access at the provider, reconnect may be required before future publishing or capability checks can succeed.
